E tū Information

E tū is the largest private sector trade union in Aotearoa New Zealand. We represent more than 45,000 members in a range of industries, including aged care, aviation, communications, cleaning, home and disability support, engineering, infrastructure and extractions, food, manufacturing, security, and more.E tū is also an organisation for social change. We actively campaign for workers to have Decent Work, a Living Wage, for a Just Transition for all those in industries affected by climate and technological change, safe staffing in aged care, and pay equity for support workers.E tū started in 2015 and is an amalgamation of former unions EPMU (Engineering, Printers, and Manufacturing Union), SFU (Service and Food Workers' Union), and FARSA (Flight Attendants and Related Services Union).
