The Marketing Division is responsible for the creation of corporate branding, ecommerce, website, email and advertising of virtual marketing and managing the customer relationships. Contact Center Division is responsible for operation and management tools Contact Center, which includes virtual pabx, fax server, online chat, video conferencing, webconferencing and tele conference. Consulting Division is responsible for providing the service of consulting,implementation and installation of CRM systems, ERP and BI platforms besides managing third-party IT, help desk and contact center.
