Fine Line Construction was founded in 1980. We have been a general contractor in the Bay Area from the time we opened our doors. In 1993, we started a commercial division. We brought our high standards and our commitment to personal attention to the realm of non-profit and publicly sponsored projects. Over the past 20 years, Fine Line Construction has developed as a company with an emphasis on non-profit affordable housing.
