Our new homes are always built with families in mind. We have three subdivisions conveniently located within 15 minutes of Downtown, or Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, LA. Although we can build any size home you wish, our spec homes feature three and four bedroom house plans range from the $160,000's to the $190,000's. All spec homes include hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Each spec home varies on the amount of "extras". Please feel free to contact us regarding the specifics of each home under construction. If you would like to customize your home from the ground up, we offer a wide variety of plans for you to choose from, only a few of which are featured on this website.
