e-Goals Group is an Italian technology group based in Milan, specialising in enterprise digital consulting, application development and applied artificial intelligence. Our model is deliberately hybrid: a consulting and nearshore business — with delivery factories in Albania and Uzbekistan and a CRM centre of excellence in Greece — generates the cash flow that funds the development of proprietary AI products. We are not a software house that also does consulting, nor a consulting firm that has added “AI” to its tagline: we are a Group that uses both levers intentionally, with shared clients and integrated roadmaps. Our product portfolio includes Turn-It (AI-driven workforce scheduling), Deedalo (AI conversational platform for learning and career guidance), CRM Agentport (AI agent for automating CRM processes on Salesforce and Dynamics 365) and Process2Agent, the agentic transformation governance platform that helps organisations decide where to build AI agents, integrate them safely into existing systems and certify their economic value. Through e-Goals ACT, we guide mid-to-large Italian enterprises in their transition to agentic ERP architectures.
