Since 2004, Dynamic Paths has been treating the depression, anxiety, addictions, bipolar, and over eating disorders by first identifying any physical causes. As a cash only medical practice, Dr. Kristen Allott has developed a system of evaluation and identifying the physical cause that are contributing to the mental health diagnoses. Research supports her experience that nutritional, physiological, hormonal, and environmental deficiencies and/or excesses can contribute significantly to challenging and chronic mental health conditions. In the decade as a practicing physician, she draws upon a wide array of tools: neurobiology, nutritional pharmacology, Chinese medicine, Interpersonal Neuropsychology, conflict resolution via martial arts (Aikido), and mindfulness. Although she is not against medication for mental health disorders, she believes that the individual benefits when they understand how their brain is different from their mind and how the work.
