Dynam-ique SA Consultants and Actuaries Information

Dynam-ique was a pension fund administration company that was founded in 2005 and then sold in January 2008. Unfortunately post January 2008 the funds were not managed properly and the trustees at the time unnecessarily spent R20m of members money rebuilding all the records and the Pension Funds Adjudicator ruled that these trustees had acted negligently. The R20m could also not be claimed against the Funds' indemnity policies as these same trustees had not paid the premiums on these policies.
