The Agent Building Workshop is a three-day, in-person program for business professionals who want to stop reading about AI and start building with it. No coding. No engineering background. If you can explain what you need in plain language, you can build an agent. Participants work through fifteen principles of agent design, from the anatomy of an agent to guardrails, context management, human-in-the-loop authority, and multi-agent orchestration. Every afternoon is a hands-on lab. By the end of three days, each team has designed and built a working agent, then connected it into an enterprise-level system.
