Founded on 7 November 1992, ehe company is notable for its MCR series of factory built and homebuilt aircraft such as the two seat Dyn'Aero Ban-Bi. Dyn'Aero Aircraft are all-composite, carbon fibre, light aircraft based on the aluminum MC100 (Ban-Bi) original design of Michel Colomban. Aircraft are supplied either as an amateur-built kit or optionally ready built where regulations allow.
