Digital Transformation Lab (DXlab) is a boutique consulting agency created with the simple mission - to navigate organisations to digitally transform, accelerate and scale their businesses. We envisioned DXlab as a place of new business experiences where our clients can explore how digital solutions can radically improve their performance, with a focus on fields such as customer experience, operational processes and business models. Our goal is to offer our specific DXlab consulting services and products to both SMEs and big established corporations, providing them with an agile, fast iterative and innovative way of working using different proven solution, tools and approaches. DXLab is a brainchild of four professionals with proven business track records and relevant interdisciplinary experience, mostly in the field the intersection of technology, business and creativity. By combining our years of diversified knowledge, skills and expertise, we believe that we can bring new value to the market and offer specific services and products. With our offices in a rising and reborn urban area in Belgrade, DXlab is located at a crossroad of East and West, with great potential in offering product and services to the Balkan region, EU countries and the Middle East.
