DWI Group Information

From its founding in Hamburg in 1991 the DWI-Group has been primarily dedicated to the development of commercial real estate with an emphasis on offices. In 2014, the portfolio was expanded to include the provision of top-quality student apartments under its own brand of "STUART Student Apartments". The DWI Group has also had a representative office in Berlin since 2016. Core activities include the acquisition of land or existing properties, the planning and completion of new projects, the revitalization of existing buildings, including leasing, and the sale of finished properties to private and public investors. Major new developments include the "Astraturm" in Hamburg's St. Pauli and "LES 1" in Hamburg-Mitte, and in Berlin the "Spreeturm" at Ostbahnhof station and the recently completed "Weidt Park Corner" office tower near Berlin's main train station. Prominent renovations are the "Alte Oberpostdirektion" at Stephansplatz, the "bahn_hoefe" in Hamburg-Ottensen as well as the "Work-Life-Center" at Gorch-Fock-Wall in the middle of Hamburg and the "CREON" in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The DWI Group is headquartered in the city center of Hamburg, very close to the City Hall.
