Dwell Summit was founded on the desire to thrive, both in family life and in business. Although owner Tanya Delahoz has a professional background in consulting for medical practices, she and her husband found great success—and even more enjoyment—in managing investment rental properties as newlyweds. Over a bottle of wine one evening in 2010, what began as a side project turned into a full-fledged business venture (self-designed website and logo included). From the start, it has been Dwell Summit’s mission to connect real estate clients with living spaces that accommodate the lifestyle they’re seeking in Breckenridge and beyond.
