DWC ERISA Consultants, LLC was founded in 1999 and has grown to provide employee benefit consulting services to nearly 700 clients nationwide. DWC’s goal is to build relationships with our clients and their team of advisors to provide a holistic view of their benefit programs that encompasses not only the benefits themselves but also the legal, tax, human resources and other financial considerations that may arise. Our specific areas of expertise include: • Defined contribution and defined benefit plan design to help clients adapt their plans to fit changing needs • Annual compliance testing to help maintain the plans’ tax-qualified status • Creative solutions that consider the “business aspect” of the decision-making process • Operational efficiency in plan administration to help clients spend more time focusing on their businesses and less time dealing with plan issues DWC’s service model is straight-forward. We assign a consultant and a partner to each plan. Our consultants are the primary points of contact and are responsible for preparation of client deliverables.
