Dvoracek Title & Business Services LLC Information

Dvoracek Title and Business Services, LLC is located in St. Paul, Nebraska and was started in 2008. Initially, we were able to only offer abstracting services. In 2011, we started offering closing services, and in early 2013 we were able to add issuing title insurance policies to our list of available services. The goal of Dvoracek Title and Business Services, LLC is to provide small town customer service in an efficient and expedient manner and to provide high quality work. We provide Real Estate Title and Lien Searches for Howard, Hall, Merrick, Greeley, Nance, Sherman, Garfield, Valley, Boone, Buffalo and Custer Counties. Searches in other counties in Nebraska will be considered. Robyn Dvoracek, owner, registered abstractor, and licensed title agent is also the mother of three girls. Robyn and her husband John have been married for 24 years and live on a family farm a few miles northwest of Farwell. Their family also enjoys hosting foreign exchange students and have hosted students from four different countries.
