DVACI designs and manufactures vacuum chamber leak testers for package integrity and container closure integrity testing (CCIT). Packaging defects that pass visual inspection end up as complaints, returns or recalls. Our equipment makes invisible leaks visible, in the lab and on the production line. 🔬 What we make: bubble emission leak testers (ASTM D3078), methylene blue dye ingress testers, dry vacuum and pressure/vacuum chambers, for flexible packaging, pouches, blisters, bottles, vials, cups and cans in glass, plastic or metal.
