Precision Mold & Machining services Inc. is a family owned and operated contract CNC machining facility. Over the past 9 years David Loehr (president) and two sons, Brandon Loehr and Taylor Loehr, have worked together to completely overhaul PMM’s business model into the full service CNC machining facility it is today. Through recent investments into large 5-axis machine tools and other supporting technologies, PMM has remained competitive and profitable. With extensive knowledge of high efficiency milling strategies and software utilization, the team at PMM strives to remain at the forefront of the competition in terms of quality and efficiency. PMM is currently ISO 9001:2015 certified and is on track to be AS9100 certified by Q3 2019.

We do more than 3D printing and CNC machining. We make full use of a wide variety of processes, including plastic fabrication, thermoforming, and painting. We use a tailored approach to create unique objects, big or small, simple or sophisticated. We can de-bug existing prototypes, modify designs to make them mass production friendly, and tailor units to highlight specific features. Our Rockaway NJ shop is in a late 19th century brick factory building with wooden floors, lots of natural light, and 12 foot ceilings. In addition to space for design, consultation and product development work, we have a full woodworking shop, in house thermoforming, painting, traditional and CNC machining and more! We have century-old machines alongside brand new machines, and we use them all.
