Italtile Limited is a leading franchisor retailer and manufacturer of tiles, bathroomware and related products. Italtile Limited operates in Southern Africa through 95 stores comprising 7 Italtile stores, 80 CTM stores and 8 Top T stores. The group is positioned as a major franchisor, focused on streamlining the parent operation while growing market share and fostering entrepreneurial opportunities through their franchise programme. The group commenced trading in Sydney, Australia in 1998 and now operates 9 outlets across Queensland and New South Wales. The Ceramic Industries Group comprises of five tile factories, one Sanitaryware Factory and one Acrylic Bath Factory, based in South Africa, as well as one Tile factory based in Australia. The Tile Factories (Gryphon, Samca Floor, Samca Wall, Vitro, Pegasus and Centaurus) manufacture a combination of pressed and extruded tiles in various sizes, textures and finishes, while the Sanitaryware factory (Betta) manufactures a wide range of Vitreous China sanitaryware, the main focus being on water closets, basins, cisterns and pedestals. Our bath factory, manufactures a comprehensive range of baths and shower trays, catering for all sectors of our local and European markets.
