Mable is a health-tech platform where people looking for disability and aged care support connect with independent support workers in their community. As one of Australia’s fastest-growing scale-ups, we think big to spearhead change in our sector. We're passionate about inclusivity and giving choice and control back to those who need it. Mable launched in 2014 when co-founder Peter Scutt teamed up with friend and colleague Tony Charara after struggling to find the right home care solution for his parents. Today, Australia’s largest and most diverse community of independent support workers has provided over 30 million hours of support on Mable so everyone can live their kind of independence. #mykindofindependence

At Mind Australia, we put people first. That means seeing the person, not a diagnosis or label, and taking time to understand what matters to them. We work alongside people during tough times. We know living with mental health challenges isn’t easy, so we make space, listen and seek to understand where people have been, where they are now and where they want to be. This helps us provide the right support while continuing to learn what works for people, families and communities. We are one of Australia’s largest providers of community-managed psychosocial services, offering residential, mobile outreach, centre-based and online support. Alongside One Door Mental Health and The Haven Foundation, we provide individualised, evidence-based and recovery-focused support to more than 25,000 people each year. We’ve supported people, and their families, friends, carers and supporters, for nearly 50 years. Some of our most important lessons have come not from textbooks, but from people who have walked these paths themselves. This lived experience continues to shape everything we do. We value lived experience and lived expertise. Many people across our workforce draw on their own experiences of mental health challenges, recovery and supporting others to improve services, influence the sector and drive change. We do this in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and communities, and alongside clinical care providers, because working together leads to better outcomes.

We’re a non-profit community services organisation and a church that work as one to #DoMoreGood. Our story of faith, hope and commitment began more than 200 years ago, when a pioneering church stepped out to make a difference for people who were being forgotten and marginalised. From those small beginnings grew a bold and lasting mission. Today we’re still relentless in supporting all people, across all stages of life. Our vital community services support children and families, older Australians, people living with disability and people who need pathways out of homelessness, addiction, mental health challenges, financial hardship, and tough domestic situations. We invest in communities with safety nets like Lifeline and advocate against systemic injustices like housing inequity and gambling harm. Our churches are places of spiritual growth, connection and hope. In this world of extraordinary shifts, one thing does not change: we remain driven to do more good.
