Our founder, Pat Sheehan discovered there was a void in the oil and gas market for affordable and continuous fire suppression. After months of research and planning, the original design for the Duke Hellfighter® Fire Suppression unit was born. It was the first of its kind, a technology new to the industry and the only fire suppression on the market that was ultra high pressure and continuous for up to 60 minutes. Additional features that set Duke's equipment apart from CAFS units are they have R-22 insulation, an in-tank water heater and are all housed in a heated building that allows our units to withstand temperatures as low as -50c. We are the leaders in our industry with CSA Approval (Canadian Standards Association), and most importantly we are intrinsically safe.
