Duk-Tech Information

Duk-Tech is a Romanian company founded in the city of Iasi, Romania in 2002, specialized in software R&D services. Since the establishment, the company has cooperated with a wide range of business partners from Romania or abroad (The Netherlands, UK, France, Belgium, USA, Australia) acquiring an extensive experience in developing software systems in areas like eCommerce, Enterprise Resource Planning, Public Administration Portals, Online booking and planning, GIS integration and Decision Support Systems for Water Management. As a development strategy, the solutions provided follow an integrative approach including full accessibility from desktop, web or mobile interfaces and integration with existing systems. Duk-Tech has also been involved as a partner in various research projects financed by public sources, most of them in the field of water management systems and land-use. Part of this work was also published in peer-reviewed academic conferences (with I.F.). The Company's closest academic partners are: "Al. I. Cuza" University of Iasi, "Gh. Asachi" Technical University of Iasi, "Babes - Bolyai" University of Cluj, Technical University of Civil Engineering of Bucharest, National Institute of Hydrology and Water Management of Bucharest, IPA Bucharest and INCDIF Bucharest. Since 2016 Duk-Tech started to focus also on strategic partnerships, becoming Digital Agency Partner for Progress SITEFINITY and Implementation Partner for ECMANAGER Over the past of years Duk-Tech`s projects focused on customers from the energy area (CEZ, E-On). Also, the company followed a new research direction involving machine learning applied in medicine (RMI/CT DICOMS based diagnosis) and energy forecasts.
