duHadway, LLC Information

We build growing and scaling companies by making the business owner a better leader and their leadership teams more effective. For owners without a leadership team or needing more leadership support, we provide fractional C-Suite support. Does the leadership come before the growth of the company or does the growth come before the leadership? That is the proverbial balancing act of business owners. Invest in a leadership team and hope the growth of the business comes or hold out without the expertise and wait to bring in the expertise once the growth is achieved. If you invest in the leadership and the growth doesn't come, you have a large primarily fixed cost that isn't covered by the value from the growth. However, if you wait to see if you achieve the growth before investing in your leadership you run the risk of making material errors that at best are costly and at worse are fatal. Why not build in tandem? With our fractional C-Suite support you match the leadership level with your current or near term demand. Once you are able to support a full time team, we assist in the transition and help hire, recruit and orient your team. Not ready for a full one on one relationship? We also have small groups that meet monthly and work on a DIY basis and use valuable, concrete lessons that can be implemented into your company's leadership now so you can start achieving the benefits now.
