Headquartered in New Jersey, Duet was formed in November 2016 by a team of semiconductor industry experts with decades of experience making many of the products you use every day possible. Over 50 patents issued worldwide are held by Duet's founding team. Duet utilizes III-V semiconductor process and silicon foundry partners today to create industry leading ICs and modules while our own first-for-the-21st century fabrication facility is under construction for 2019 full-scale production and operation.
