Dynamic Dies specializes in pre-press engineering and high performance tooling. Innovative Machining is an ISO 9001:2015 certified machining and fabricating company providing timely, high quality machining, fabricating, and assembly for multiple industries including paper, packaging, automotive, construction, electronics, and more. Innovative Machining, LLC provides many services to its customers including: -Short run and prototype machining from very small parts to parts exceeding 20 feet and up to 40,000 pounds in a wide variety of materials; -Horizontal & Vertical CNC Machining -Palletized production machining to 78.8" cube -CNC turning up to 24" diameter x 80" long -Sawing -Waterjet cutting -Gundrilling -Welding -Sheet metal fabrication -Painting -Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assemblies -Ability to read and write in many CAD formats. We are using Mastercam X6 CAD/CAM, AutoCad LT 2012, AutoCad Inventor LT 2012, and Solidworks 2016. -Able to interface CAD data with our CMM via PC-DMIS CAD.
