DueNorth was founded by James Warren and Jared Kozak in 2017 after they met in the Royal Canadian Navy. Its first product, GradeGuide, was created by Jared Kozak after he saw the need for the product in his own high school. DueNorth is currently developing a more robust version of this software to be released mid 2018.
