Running the project: Development of a programming language with unique expressive power, and complementary compiling software The project will develop a general-purpose programming language along with compiling software, and a dedicated virtual machine. The project’s outcome is targeted at the developer community worldwide. The primary technological challenge is to create a highly expressive language while maintaining essential qualities such as coherence, a shallow learning curve, intuitive use, safety, and support for modern programming paradigms. The works consist of three tasks. The first task will be to acquire knowledge in the design of the language, including many unique schemes of syntax and semantics. The second task will involve producing high-quality compiling software, which is the primary tool for working with the language. Finally, the third task will focus on improving the language's standard library and user interfaces, and the surrounding areas. The project is being co-funded by European Funds under the Priority Axis 1 of the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021-2027 (FENG); Project No. FENG.01.01-IP.02-0062/23. The project’s total value is PLN 5 701 528.02, with funding amounting to PLN 4 173 013.80. #FunduszeUE #FunduszeEuropejskie
