Dublin Bus (Bus Átha Cliath) Information

Dublin Bus is Ireland’s largest public transport provider, carrying approximately 165 million customers in 2025. This represents growth of an additional 6 million journeys compared to 2024. More than 1,000 buses and approximately 3,500 drivers serve more than 130 routes, including fifteen 24-hour routes. More than 10% of our fleet is now fully electric, helping Ireland to meet its climate goals and make Dublin’s air that bit cleaner.
