DSW Structural Consultants Ltd. Is an independent company who specializes in emergency structural evaluations and restoration of buildings damaged by fire, tree or vehicle impacts. Our team of engineers, technologists, and technicians at DSW have over 30 years of experience in structural engineering and restoration, including working alongside all the major restoration and insurance companies in the Lower Mainland and throughout B.C. Our expertise provides our clients with peace of mind knowing that these damaged structures will be restored to their original condition or better in a timely and cost-effective manner. Our staff have worked extensively with the various Fire and Police departments in the province, who rely on our expertise, to determine the structural safety of the damaged building before entering to carry out their investigations. During the construction phase we continue to work alongside project consultants and insurance companies to answer questions and recommend alternative solutions when unforeseen problems arise. We carry out regular site inspections to ensure all work has been completed to structural compliance. Our team is available 24/7 to meet our client’s needs.
