Our familiarity with federally funded reporting and project controls creates efficient, successful systems. DSW mobilizes quickly, with the ability to be onsite within 48 hours following a disaster event. Our expertise lies in proven, scalable systems that streamline the response effort regardless of scope. We provide solutions for construction program needs, with over 300+ years of combined experience in rehabilitation and reconstruction programs. DSW has completed over 16,000 residential renovations, elevation, emergency repairs, MHU, and new construction projects totaling over $800 million in federally funded projects. DSW has been engaged in over 50 FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Assistance) and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) federally funded grant programs such as Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and Community Development Block Grants-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR).
