DSSKY Information

WE ARE an incorporated 501c3 non-profit organization extending its outreach to a seven county area in Kentucky. These counties include but are not limited to: Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Logan, Simpson, and Warren. OUR MISSION is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with Down syndrome and their families by providing support, information, education, resources, networking, and activities, while advocating in the community and state. WE BELIEVE early intervention, inclusion, community awareness and support are essential in helping persons with Down syndrome reach their maximum potential and lead fulfilling lives. OUR DREAM is to have a learning and activity center for the purpose of encouraging, educating, and enabling all individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
