For over three decades, Parker Design has been at the forefront of Architectural and Interior Design, creating spaces that are both commercially successful and creatively inspiring. Established in Melbourne by Ashleigh Parker, the practice quickly earned a reputation for delivering thoughtful architecture, interiors, and branded environments that respond to clients’ business needs while embracing the possibilities of great design. In October 2024, Ashleigh transitioned into semi-retirement, providing an opportunity for two of his longest-serving team members, Gemma Watson and Erin Bryant, to continue the practice’s legacy. Together, they bring a wealth of experience, a shared passion for design excellence, and a commitment to furthering the reputation of the Parker Design brand as a trusted partner to some of Australia’s most significant and influential brands. Today, Parker Design Studio operates across the Retail, Commercial, and Hospitality sectors, working with an enviable client list built over many years of collaboration and trust. Our team brings together Architects, Interior Designers, and specialist consultants in a collaborative environment. Red Ant is a leading technical agency. We do a lot of work with people transitioning between initial concept, MVP and a fully scaled product. Sometimes the problems are specific technologies - like a complex payment workflow. Sometimes it’s scaling. And others are more strategic, like guiding a product through that difficult post MVP stage and into commercial maturity. We're a Sydney based team of very experienced developers, working on large scale, high traffic projects. We use open source technologies like Ruby on Rails and React, and apply the Agile project management methodology.
