When the recession hit, the business demand for short-term training projects was robust. I was attracted to consulting opportunities that required multi-faceted industry knowledge as well as cross-functional experience in Marketing, Customer Success, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Education and Training. Companies I served during this period included: • MEDTRONIC — Conducted compliance review for ISO 9000. Identified training gaps in the Jacksonville plant that needed to be implemented to assure compliance. Ensured managers were held accountable to complete training within their respective departments. • KAMAN AEROSPACE — Drove data integrity and data management activities for new plant a Boeing plant in Mexico, improved 12%. Restructured production processes to develop training and incorporate needed corrective responses for the transition. • BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD – Trained sales people to help them create customized plans and to be in compliance with the new Obama Care. • KELLY EDUCATIONAL SERVICES – Taught gifted students in a magnet school that prepped and pipelined students for medical school and science degrees. Explored Qualitative Data Analysis (QDA) fields. Presented to groups averaging 30 – 40 people. • WATSON REALTY – Wrote S.O.P. and training modules for sales agents. Improved office process time by17%, following requirements gathering and identification of root cause (D.M.A.I.C.) • ICATT/APR ENERGY- Instructional Systems Design support in PowerPoint conversions
