We provide website development, design, and hosting services, as well as email, custom programming, software support, and hardware support. We've been around since 2001, and that adds up to experience. Even in the town of Morehead, Kentucky, website companies have come and gone. D.R.V. The majority of web site companies are "product based". In other words, they build a product and deliver it to you. Many times, you're on your own at that point, unless you pay them for support/maintainance. At D.R.V. Zone, the website component of our business is "service based", meaning every website we develop is sold as a service, not as a product. That's why you don't see "web hosting rates" listed on our website. The hosting is simply another component of the website service we offer. Most of the websites we develop are designed to be maintained by the client. This usually involves the client logging into an administrative section of their site, then modifying/adding/deleting content on the site. From time to time, the client will need help with administering their site, and we are always there to lend a hand. Since we opened years ago, we have never charged for support.
