DrunR is being built to capture that missing context. Starting with GLP-1 and metabolic care, our state-first intelligence engine brings together nutrition, wearable and body signals, medication context, behavior, goals, and real-world conditions to understand what may be happening with a patient now and what may deserve attention next. For patients, that means useful guidance in the moment. For care teams, it means turning thousands of fragmented daily signals into structured, explainable patient context that can ultimately flow into EHR and clinical workflows, giving physicians a more complete longitudinal view of the patient before they walk into the room. Our ambition is bigger than another health app or AI assistant. We want to help make the invisible middle between visits part of the clinical record - improving conversations, treatment planning, follow-up, and the ability to identify behavioral drift earlier.
