We work with clients, both trustees and employers, to create engagement strategies, education plans and vibrant communications to capture people's imagination and influence behaviour. Our approach is based on a ‘tell, teach, involve’ philosophy, where: TELL Focuses on communicating information your people need to know but don’t necessarily need to act on, a legislative change for example. TEACH Provides information your people need to ensure they fully understand their options in an engaging, tangible way. Communications should connect, educate and enable people to make informed decisions – through websites, newsletters and videos. INVOLVE Immerses your people so they’re fully equipped to make well-informed decisions - our ultimate aim is to provide interactive engagement which empowers them so they can take control of their plans for now and the future. Barnett Waddingham, a leading independent UK professional services consultancy, listened to the call for more meaningful communications to captivate, educate and inspire people – and so the DrumRoll brand was formed to meet that need. We work with clients to change the way they communicate with their people – our experienced team of consultants, copywriters and designers individually bring unique qualities, expertise and passion to their roles but when we come together something truly creative starts to happen making communication the best it can be.
