Dronus conceived and developed NEST®, a network of autonomous aerial nodes that install on existing structures and coordinate as one persistent distributed infrastructure, designed for industrial, urban and critical environments. Where conventional drone systems offer isolated, ground-based deployments, Dronus built the infrastructure layer that was missing: elevated, permanent, continuously operational, and certified for the most demanding environments, including ATEX Zone 2 certification and EASA clearance for autonomous BVLOS operations over populated areas. NEST® has been validated in real-world conditions across Europe, Asia and the United States, in partnership with institutional and industrial operators in oil & gas, smart city, logistics and environmental monitoring. In Q1 2026, Dronus closed a €15M Series A led by Algebris Climatech.
