Drivhuset Malmö is an idea development platform for young adults who want to explore, develop, and bring their ideas to life – whether that means starting a business, driving social change, or creating new solutions to everyday challenges. Since 2000, we have worked to make entrepreneurship accessible to more people. We believe that entrepreneurial competencies such as creativity, initiative, problem-solving, and collaboration can be developed and strengthened. Through coaching, workshops, learning experiences, and inclusive spaces, we equip young people with the tools and confidence to turn ideas into action. At the same time, we recognise that access to entrepreneurial communities and innovation ecosystems is not equally distributed. That is why we work actively from an intersectional perspective and pay particular attention to groups that have historically been underrepresented in entrepreneurship and innovation. For us, inclusion is not about helping more people adapt to existing structures; it is about developing environments, methods, and support systems that enable more people to feel a sense of belonging, have their voices heard, and participate on their own terms. We believe that great ideas exist everywhere, but opportunities to develop them do not. That is why we work every day to create a more open, representative, and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem where more young people can see themselves as idea-makers, changemakers, and the entrepreneurs of the future.
