About Driven Wellness Driven Wellness is a wellness company specializing in interactive workplace wellness programs. Because there is no "one size fits all" approach to health, our goal is to customize a wellness plan for companies and individuals that delivers results and keeps our customers driven to be the best! Why Us? We recognize most Americans are completely overwhelmed by the dense amount of health and wellness information available to the general public. The high volume of health information floating around among friends, family, work and the media is beneficial because it pushes individuals to focus more on health habits. But what is the downside to all of this information? Is it possible to have too much health information at the ease of our fingertips? The answer is "yes". A large amount of wellness information available to us is saturated with misinformation. To clear the confusion, the leader of our programs is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian. Dietetics is an evidence-based profession and our dietitian coaches clients and develops plans with interventions that are evidence-based. At Driven Wellness, we recommend simple to implement programs that are impactful to the client in a positive way and teach the client to practice a 24/7 wellness plan. Being healthy is a long-term commitment. We strive to increase the outcome of clients taking what they've learned and practicing those healthy habits on a daily basis. We encourage our clients to take ownership of their health and inspire them to set their goals, get driven, reach their goals and stay driven!
