Driven Athlete was created to provide people like you with the answers and confidence to take your mind, body and performance to the next level. Over the last decade we’ve worked with world class teams and individuals, including Danny Willet, Leeds Rhinos and The FA. The same thing is clear – the methods and techniques practised at elite level enable athletes to consistently perform at the top of their sport. We asked ourselves, could we make this available to all athletes? The answer is Driven Athlete. At Driven Athlete the exact same methods we have used in professional sport, we apply to you. We take an integrated, dynamic, data led model of physiotherapy and strength and conditioning, to make you faster, more efficient, and more resilient.
