DriftSignal monitors your live APIs against their OpenAPI specs and alerts you the moment a response stops matching what the spec promises. Most API monitoring tells you when an endpoint is down. That's the easy case. The expensive failures are the ones where the API is up, returning 200 OK — and returning the wrong thing. A required field disappears. An integer comes back as a string. A status code shows up that was never documented. Your uptime dashboard stays green while your integration quietly breaks. DriftSignal polls your endpoints on a schedule, validates every response against the declared schema, and classifies what it finds as breaking or drift — so you know the difference between "this will break consumers today" and "this is a warning sign." It runs entirely outside your stack: no agents, no code changes, no infrastructure. You can also monitor third-party APIs you depend on — Stripe, Twilio, GitHub, Shopify, Slack, PagerDuty — and find out when a provider changes their API before the change breaks your integration. Currently monitors GET (read) endpoints. Write-method monitoring and active contract testing are on the roadmap. Built for engineers who own an integration and don't want to hear about drift from a customer.
