DREAM Collaborative is Boston’s leading minority-owned architecture firm. Our inclusive process is powered by diversity, curiosity and sensitivity—harnessing the wisdom of a project’s ecosystem to shape program and execution decisions. Our studio is comprised of diverse problem-solvers who use architecture as a tool to elevate the quality of design to help clients achieve their goals while building thriving communities. Since diversity and inclusion are so central to our firm, we are natural collaborators and are skilled at coordination of diverse project teams. We believe broader perspectives and diversity of thought make for more informed decision making, more contextual architecture, and ultimately, more positive impacts. Founding Principals Greg Minott and Troy Depeiza established DREAM in 2008 with a shared passion for urban redevelopment and a dedication to underserved neighborhoods to­­ make high quality design accessible to everyone. Today, the firm works with clients on new construction and renovations for mixed-use, urban planning, multifamily residential, science and technology, higher education, and historic preservation.
