DrainCall is a family business with more than 25 years experience within the drainage industry. Three generation of the family currently work in the company. Our mission statement is to offer a fast, reliable, economic yet quality service, dispelling the myth created by some recent television programmes. This is backed up by us having received Hertfordshire Trading Standards Trustmark accreditation through Exor Management. The first drainage contractor to receive this accreditation. We are also accredited by SafeContractor a leading health and safety pre-qualification assessment scheme. All our engineers have valid CSCS operatives™ cards and have undergone health and safety awareness training by an approved Water Jetting Association provider. We also have a team trained in Confined Space Entry Procedures. Our vehicles are sign written and our engineers wear shirts/sweatshirts/jackets with the company logo on.
