In June 2014, Dragonplay was acquired by Bally Technology for $100 Million, and merged into Scientific Games interactive division when the last acquired Bally Technologies in November 2014. Dragonplay now serves as the Israeli R&D center of Scientific Games, developing multi-player, cross-platform social games.
