Project types worked on includes Power Distribution and Building Management System. • Produced Electrical Drawings & Single Line Schematics • Designed control systems drawings such as field schematics, control drawings, power diagrams, and BMS wiring schematics • Knowledge about General and Emergency Lighting, General Services and data Communication, Fire Alarms, Security Systems • Experience in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems such as boilers, AHUs, chillers, etc • Knowledge about I/O Control Module (Cylon/Distech/Trend) and outfield equipment such as valves, actuators, sensors • Knowledge about Revit MEP and Navisworks 3D Viewers - Services • From sketches - You are starting a new project and have the initial concept in your hands, now you need the CAD drawings, you can send it over. • From mark-ups - If you are redeveloping electrical panels, updating controller devices, you just need to send me your mark-ups with the extra information needed and I can modify it for you. - Type of Projects • Control Panel Drawings - Multiple types of schematics to give full and detailed technical information with Field Wiring, Power and Control Drawings. (230V/24V). • Building Management System (BMS) - Monitor and Control Systems for building automation using I/O Controllers from multiple brands. • 3D Views & Details Information - 3D view drawings have more details and complement the 2D information.
