DCS was born from a need for better design for brewing at scale with potential to grow with the market. We were operating as a cafe/roaster in 2014 when our cold brew demand more than doubled within the span of one week. Our struggle to fulfill orders led us to a novel idea that helped us grow our own business. Over the last 6 years, we have refined this methods, designed equipment, and achieved our patents. We are bringing a decade of coffee experience to prove cold brew and iced coffee can be great. Now, we have to bring this tech to all the ambitious entrepreneurs looking for brewing and serving solutions.
