The Dubuque Racing Association (DRA) is a dynamic community resource dedicated to strengthening the tri-state region through responsible gaming, entertainment, tourism, and strategic philanthropy. Our mission is to provide social, economic, and community betterment while supporting tourism and reducing the burden on local government. Every decision we make is guided by a commitment to reinvest in our community and create opportunities that improve quality of life for generations to come. What makes the DRA unique is our purpose-driven business model. We are one of only two gaming organizations in the United States established to benefit a local government entity. Since our founding, we have returned more than $244 million to the City of Dubuque, helping fund essential services, community initiatives, nonprofit organizations, and transformational projects throughout the region. Through the operation of Q Casino + Resort and our community investments, we support initiatives that strengthen neighborhoods, attract visitors, drive economic growth, and expand opportunities for the people who call our region home.
