Beginning with your initial appointment, our certified medical aesthetician Shannon Simmons will personally develop a skin care regimen designed specifically for you. Ms. Simmons will treat your skin, select products for your continued use at home, and work closely with you to develop a long-term strategy. This comprehensive treatment plan, with your diligence, will result in beautiful, more youthful skin. During your initial appointment, Ms. Simmons will take a thorough skin care health history, and perform a detailed examination of your skin to determine what procedures, peels and products will help restore, rejuvenate and redefine your skin. In addition to providing on-site skin care solutions, Ms. Simmons will work with you to prescribe and supply the appropriate skin care products best suited to your individual skin care needs. As part of your appointment, she will teach you the proper morning and evening skin care regimens utilizing the prescribed products and is also available to discuss more advanced techniques involving non-surgical and surgical procedures to help obtain lasting results. Ms. Simmons has an extensive history treating patients who have acquired deformities from traumatic injuries. She has expertise in both camouflage and permanent makeup applications for both reconstructive and aesthetic patients. Our skin care products are medically driven and doctor monitored, allowing you to have unique and convenient access to the plastic surgery side of our practice. Ms. Simmons works in tandem with Dr. Gary A. Tuma, a double board certified plastic surgeon, creating complete continuity in your care. This relationship allows for ease of developing a comprehensive treatment plan when you decide to pursue more advanced options whether it is injectibles, fillers, or surgical solutions.
