Dr Alister W Coutts & Partners LLP was established by the Senior Partner to use his 30 years of experience to provide high quality, cost effective, services to Clients both in the United Kingdom and overseas. The Partnership is a multi-disciplinary practice offering a range of services to public and private sector clients. We have specialised in the Direction and Project Management of Public Private Partnerships and we have particular experience in the municipal arena where we have been responsible for a variety of housing, schools, care homes, fire stations, waste management and office accommodation initiatives. We also conduct lectures and workshops on Public Private Partnerships, Project Management, Procurement and Intenational Enterprise. At Dr Alister W Coutts & Partners we appreciate the need to undertake multiple roles in order to meet our Clients’ requirements and we provide a range of services that tend to be outside the normal skill set of traditional construction consultants.
