I’ve built relationships over the years with the area’s top Realtors and downsizing professionals and found that the process of engaging each service individually can be very overwhelming. I’ve created Dovetail to streamline the process for our clients, reduce the stress involved and ensure a smooth transition to their new home! My clients have repeatedly faced challenges when it came to preparing to sell their home and transitioning to their new space. Whether you’re thinking about moving and need help finding the right option, or you’ve found your future home and need support with your transition, we are here to help! We will listen to you, get to know your unique needs and make specific recommendations based on your situation. Just as a General Contractor is hired to manage a construction project at your home through the use of his/her Sub-Contractors we do the same with our partners. You will have a Senior Specialist assigned to you, he/she will meet with you, get to know your personal and unique situation and make targeted recommendations. Our team of providers will collaborate to create an individualized service plan. The overall cost for your individual plan will be presented to you by your Senior Specialist. We charge a 20% fee for coordinating the services. For clients in need of financial support, we offer resources to help fulfill this need. We work with banks, financial institutions and hard money lenders depending on your unique situation and needs.
