Douglas Silas Solicitors are a small, niche but nationally recognised firm of solicitors, specialising exclusively in case concerning Special Educational Needs (SEN). We help parents of children with SEN throughout the assessment process, including those who need to appeal to the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Tribunal. We act either as a 'consultant' to advise them indirectly (i.e. helping them do things themselves) or we represent them directly (i.e. do everything for them).
