DOT provides vertically integrated high-end vessel solutions and marine asset services for the fast developing Mexican offshore market. The company successfully delivered two new built FCUVs, the COBOS and ICACOS, end of 2014 which are both operational in the Gulf of Mexico. A new large Construction Support Vessel for Mexico, named Tampamachoco, is currently under construction and is expected to be delivered in Q4 of 2016. This vessel is jointly owned by DOT and Pacific Radiance. DOT is a joint venture between Diavaz and Oceanteam:Diavaz is a reputable organization of companies and strategic joint ventures, formed with the objective of providing integral services and solutions for the oil industry. Since 1973 the Company has become one of the most experienced companies in Mexico and developed a sound knowledge of the energy sector. Oceanteam is comprised of two operating segments: Oceanteam Shipping and Oceanteam Solutions. Oceanteam Shipping owns, charters and manages deep-water offshore support vessels (CSVs & Pipe Lay) and fast support vessels. Oceanteam Solutions focuses on solution driven offshore services by combining strong engineering and equipment capabilities.
